Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every order across India. There is no minimum order value.
Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery timelines

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Remote pin codes, weather and courier delays can extend them.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. All orders are paid for at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your parcel is handed to the courier. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, write to us and we will chase it.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, or because nobody was available across three delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may carry a shipping charge.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. We work on exchanges and store credit rather than cash refunds. Full details are on our Exchanges page.
International
We currently ship within India only. If you are outside India and want a piece, email support@shopekaara.com and we will tell you what is possible.
