We currently ship across India only.

If you are outside India and would like to purchase an Ekaara piece, email support@shopekaara.com and we will let you know what may be possible.

📦 Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to:

  • Remote pin codes
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Please note: The 3 to 7 business day estimate begins from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

💳 Shipping Charges & Payment

✨ Free standard shipping across India on all orders.

Ekaara currently accepts prepaid orders only.

❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 48 hours, please contact us at support@shopekaara.com or via WhatsApp. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

📦 Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address was incomplete or incorrect, or
  • Nobody was available to receive the parcel after three delivery attempts

we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

Any additional shipping charges required for redelivery may be payable by the customer.

📍 Incorrect Address

Please carefully check your delivery address and phone number before completing your order.

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to request an address change. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.

We will do our best to correct the details if your order has not yet been dispatched.

⚠️ Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
